The music in Enforcer is an interesting case. They're all fantastic techno tracks (as a matter of fact, I've recorded footage just so I could listen to them on loop), and they perfectly fit the theme of mass extraterrestrial extermination; however, they don't quite fit the extraterrestrial extermination in Enforcer. For a game like this, one would expect something more akin to the soundtrack of DOOM, with energetic rock tunes to serenade the butchery committed by this 10-ton steel-clad middle finger to the alien invaders. Another downside is the low variety, with the game having around six tracks in total, and only about 2-3 of them playing throughout the game.

When it comes to sounds in the game, two things are the most notable: Prof. Standard and the Enforcer:
- The Professor speaks in a very nasally, nerdy kind of voice, which will get on some people's nerves fast, especially since he calls out to you whenever the directional arrow flashes on screen, whenever your health is low, or sometimes just at random when you kill something;
- The Enforcer, on the other hand, has a great voice—it's deep, robotic, and with a nice baritone. The notable part is that alongside the usual robotic speeches like "Initiating termination program," "Alien lifeforms detected," etc., he also has one-liners such as "You have been enforced!," "Don't mess with earth!," and "Get off my planet!"
